My original review is below but I’ve updated it. I originally bought this for a trip that got postponed so I didn’t use it until months later. I posted the 2 Star rating originally but I didn’t try to return because I had it for months and was long past the return date. Within days of posting my review, and without me contacting the company, they refunded my purchase!! THIS IS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS UNPRECEDENTED TODAY. I have updated my rating to reflect how well they stand behind their product. So buy with confidence.Original post: I like the built in cords, being able to plug into an 120 volt outlet to recharge, sturdy construction, and the % of charge remaining indicator. Unfortunately it charges my iPhone very slowly. In over an hour it only went from 15% to 75% charge on the phone while draining 33% of the backup battery.

Bought this product in Jan 2024 for my wife. She is always on the go, not having time to charge traditionally. The manufacture warranty says 12 months and unfortunately that time is coming quickly. The product DOESNT charge her phone anymore. It says it’s charged 100% but it doesn’t send power out of the device.While it lasted, my wife really enjoyed the slim design and fast charging capability while on the go. She really liked the charging cables attached and didn’t have to carry a separate cord to plug in.Just wished this device worked longer than 11 months. Now I’m back on Amazon shopping for another portable charger.

Love the convenience of this charger….however it didn’t work for very long. We bought this for our daughter for Christmas 2024 and by April 2025 is was no longer working. Everything was great with the charger, just wish it would’ve lasted longer than 4 months.UPDATE 4-28-25:Company reached out to me and fully refunded my purchase! What an awesome, honest company. I have had this for just over a year now, and I really loved this charging bank! I mainly used it for my iPad and iPhone since i'm a nursing student and am constantly on the go between classes and clinicals.Unfortunately, it has finally stopped working and it seems to have "bloated" in the middle of the charger itself, and will no longer charge my devices. It will read at 0% but then a second later when I charge it, it will say 100% battery life. So, clearly it has finally bit the bullet.
