Great stuff, I am a cyclist and have used this in races, training rides and for recovery and carbo loading. This is the 5th container I have bought. The flavour is good, and the texture is thicker than other energy drinks, this is due to the whey protein I think.

Dont buy energy boost
Dont buy this product energy boost it is the worst energy drink i have purchased and ive tried hundreds of different powders.Simply this does not dissolve in any liquid no matter how hard u mix or blend or shake it you always get a mouth ful of slime

Pink powder all over the gaff!
Have used before, this is a good product. However, arrived in a damaged container. Pink powder everywhere!
