If you have ever had D3 supplements before, nothing will really surprise you about these. They're the same yellow gelcaps as any other product. They go down easy and are largely flavorless. The serving of 10000IU is higher than you usually see, which was a plus for me but you'll want to make sure you're taking the right amount

10,000 IU of Vitamin D
This one comes in at 10,000 IU which is double the previous Vitamin D supplements I take. Living out in the PNW it's a requirement to take it. 90 capsules is a great value at this price. My eyes have to roll however at how much real-estate is in that big bottle. Seems like such a waste but that's not what we're here for. Would definitely recommend this one.
