Effective and good flavor

I’ve been using this in place of my prescription sleeping med for 2wk and my sleep has drastically improved. There’s no more difficulty falling or staying asleep. I wake up refreshed and energized. No side effects noted. I added blue light glasses in the am, so that’s likely helping to. All in, I’m sold and could not be more pleased

Did improve my sleep but you have to rotate it with other natural sleep aids because eventually your body builds a tolerance to it. the taste is good as well.

This is a bit too sweet. I did not realize until I received that it was not an alcohol based tinctures. The price was good but I’d don’t care for the taste
