I have an earlier model that holds 13000ma this is a bit larger in capacity but haven't noticed any significant weight difference. But at 20Kmah I am sure I will be loving this backup battery as much as its predecessor.

Died after 5 months
Worked great for 5 months but suddenly died, now stuck at 0% while charging. I did use this thing nearly every day

Not as advertised
Unit does not charge my phone as many times as they say. Only get around 3 charges out of unit. Takes a long time to charge back up.

Mostly good but came with a defect (edited with correction)
Feels well built and sturdy. The selection of ports is more than enough for my needs. The power bank itself will not charge beyond 86% capacity. It still works, but its annoying not being able to charge it to 100%. It does charge my devices to 100% though.If it charged to a full 100%, I would give 5 stars. Mine may be a lemon, but I would be hesitant to recommend this over a more reliable brand.Edit: Raised to 5 star. The power bank does indeed charge to 100%. It slows down considerably at 86%, but letting it charge overnight will top it off to 100%. I have no other negative critiques.
