30 minutes after opening the package and trying it, it was broken and the battery kept flying out. The battery cover is poorly designed, I had to put a piece of plastic behind the clip to stop it bending backwards, then the 2 Lugs broke off entirely, the rest of it works fine. So, where is the British Safety Standard, Electricity safety standard Certifications ?Bearing in mind AMAZON are selling SPONCERED, advertisements can some one proove and reassure me of any safety standards and tests thease products have been sent through or Trading Standards etc, before they are being Product Branded and sold BY primarily Chinese Companies , 1. Put batteries in despite directions instructions advising to align them with + &~ marks that didn’t exist. Switched the flimsy on of switch on nothing happened. Wiggled batteries and machine beeped twice before going silent again. Wasted an hour and still had no useful activity from machine so arranged return. Don’t bother buying this just get a plan flea comb instead.

I brought one and got a refund as parts was missing although this was dealt with very well. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered another one. I received it today and it is 100% not worth buying the batteries keep popping out and it doesn't work properly.

Didn't work, and literally fell apart whilst in use. Now in the bin

Pooch got fleas from visit to vets....this was amazing ..zaps the little critters in one go.....sound changes when you zap them...10/10.....worth every penny

Product is not well made, batteries keep falling out

Tried a few things like this to help keep fleas at bay. The first one I tried, was great at zapping the fleas, but the comb teeth were too far apart to catch anything. This one, the teeth are great and close together but there isn't much power to zap them. Also the teeth are so rough and close together it pulls clumps of hair out. Best way to get rid of the fleas is to use just a basic comb and crunch them with your finger nails or dunk them in a bowl of soap water.
