Smooth and so delicious
I season most of my protein with the HAKU Japanese Premium soy sauce. It is wonderful and worth every penny. I will keep a supply here for seasoning and marinating.

Delicious, Not Overly Salty like Reg Soy Sauce
This was sooo good! I made Braised Chicken with Chestnuts and Figs and it gave the dish a depth of flavor that is hard to describe. Nice flavor.The package was well sealed and arrived quickly.It doesn't have that Very salty quality that soy sauce does; you can always add salt but you can't subtract it. I recommend!

I do not recommend
this is my third bottle of "high end soy sauce" that costs over $35 a bottle. I have to say this is MY LEAST FAVORITE. It is very watery without much flavor. I recommend seeking out a different brand. I will not rebuy this brand.
