These are ok, I did notice a difference in my sleep when I first started them but after trying another brand I've seen a difference. Not sure if there's a variance between actual active and inactive in these, where maybe the actual amt of magnesium is less than expected but they're good just not great for me.

This helps me with muscle sourness. Calm you down a bit but does not help you sleep.

Love love love this product! It works so well at night, allowing me to sleep SO soundly without waking up groggy. Definitely recommend!

Cant go without this magnesium

First off, I love this brand and I’m sure if I were able to take it long enough I’d love these pills too. Sorry to say I don’t! These pills are sooo hard to swallow. They are shaped wrong, very thick with sharp edges and too chalky to get down. I take a pill so much bigger than these with no issues because they’re a capsule and slick. These are not! They make me choke and I normally have no trouble swallowing pills. First night I just threw that pill toward the back of my throat thinking I would just swallow like I normally do and be done with it. Well no way. That pill would not slide down. I nearly choked to death (not kidding) before I succeeded. The next night I tried a pill splitter and cut them into 4 pieces. Scratched my throat terribly, choking in the process. Next night I tried really breaking it up, and since they flaked and broke apart so easily with the splitter, it was easy to do. Same thing, scratched and made me gag. Ok, now I’m getting kind of mad at these things getting the best of me. Not to let these little buggers win, the next night I got out my mortar and pestle and proceeded to grind it into a powder. Just as I was thinking that I’d found the secret and began to feel just a tad cocky, I put that powder in a glass of water just to make sure it would be dissolved. It tasted sweet which I’m thinking is a good sign. I proceeded to swallow, simultaneously choking on all those particles that actually don’t dissolve. They appeared to attach themselves to my throat and the more I drank to dislodge them, the more I coughed and choked. Eventually I went to bed constantly clearing my throat and coughing for about an hour. The next morning I had to admit defeat and went to my phone to begin the return process. I had such high hopes for these, knowing what wonderful products this company makes, only to find out they aren’t perfect either. I’m back on my magnesium quest once again. By the way, the size is 2cm long bulging out on both top and bottom, 8mm wide, 5mm thick straight sides or 8mm thick including the bulged top and bottom.
