God bit of kit, seen visable difference within week. Does hurt your teeth but i found a way to hold it outside of the groove that doesn't cause that issue.

These jaw exercisers look really well made, and they're nicely packaged, including a necklace for each of them (which I'm not sure I'll use).I feel that these are a better design than the jaw exercisers that are placed between the back teeth, potentially exercising the jaw through a greater range of motion.On the other hand though, I feel like after a few uses, I'm just about getting the hang of using the blue one. Initially I was finding that having it in my mouth made me want to choke. The jaw exerciser does tend to migrate a bit towards one side of my mouth during use - this can be lessened by working it more slowly, I think.

Excellent jaw trainer, didn’t really think I needed one but it’s definitely made a positive change.
