Not happy with this item
Very dissapointed with this teddy as it never filled up. It was a Christmas present for my little girl and she was so dissapointed with it. I am very good customer & could very rarely fault anything I purchased but this was the worst. I would like to get a full refund. I am aware I have until January 31st to return it but I won't be doing so due to the cost involved of such a big package. Hoping to hear from someone in relation to this. Margaret Kennedy

Huge size but only 10% filled. See pictures.
I have compared advert pictures and video with the product I have received then realized mine is only 10% filled inside. Hence the toy doesn't sit or look as the advert. I've tried to move the filling into the head but then the belly is empty. What a dilemma what a problem. NOT happy customers as long the child in the video advert it. Merry Christmas.

Shocking
Ordered two and only one arrived and cant find anywhere to dispute this. The one that arrived was barley even half full off stuffing even after taking the stuffing out and fluffing it up . Shocking, stay clear

How disappointing gf dumped me as I got this for her birthday
Not as described or pictured.Very upset bought this as a birthday present unfortunately it led to her dumping me !!!!!
