Magnesium excelente product for non-sleep stress. I'd try for in my mother for the first time and works great, she didn't weak up during the night. Next day felt relax and feeling much better

Makes me sick
Unfortunately if you mix water with this it bubbles A LOT. It does the same thing in my stomach. I’m going to have to throw this away as I’m questioning this because I get sick every time I take it.
