I ordered the original flavor of this product about a month ago and loved it, but the tube cracked so I decided to order a replacement and went with the watermelon this time. It arrived in the shipping box with no safety seal. Just a tube of open lip balm with a bar code sticker stuck to it. There's no way I'm going to use a product on my body that isn't sealed. So, I ordered an exchange, stating that the product wasn't sealed. Same thing, no seal. The watermelon tube also has a different look than the original one I had ordered a month ago. This product is probably great based on my past experience with the product, but not being sealed is unacceptable and is the reason I only gave it one star.
