The media could not be loaded. After 3 heavily soiled full vehicle extractions I'm super impressed. The quality of materials is excellent. The spray head has superior performance. The hot water is very hot and takes about 30 seconds to heat up. The spray nozzle isn't too much or too little. The hose quality is excellent and the performance is best in class. Nice long high amp power cord gives this the ability to wheel around a car or maneuver through a room easily.Definitely glad I added it to my arsenal of detailing gear!!!

I researched this product and thought it would be a professional grade unit. I used the unit a few times and noticed the water wasn't coming out hot. I probably used the unit less 4 or 5 times and now it doesn't spray the water at all. I looked online to trouble shoot the issue. I discovered you can develop an air lock if you don't turn on the vacuum before the heater. Followed recommendation but no luck yet. Now I am waiting to see if they stand behind the product. We'll see what the customer service and warrantee are any good.

Works great for auto detailing and spot cleaning.

The machine works pretty good. The pins that keep the back wheels on are terrible though. My wheels have been falling off since the first week I got it. I use it daily for my job and I contacted the seller trying to get more of the pins to replace mine. They never respondeded. So now I use it daily and basically carry it or kick the wheels back on constantly

I was concerned about quality issues based on some bad reviews. The machine was updated and in my price range. Since I'm not a professional detailer I didn't need the biggest and best but I would pay for something durable. There aren't any expert rankings of extractors on the net. Everybodies it seems is the best. I was going to use it for driveway car detailing . I took the plunge and ordered it with carpet wand and the upgraded upholstery tool bundle. Came with box damaged but contents ok. Putting on the handle gave me reservations about overall quality because one of the 4 holes in the machine did not align with holes in the handle. With one person manipulating the handle we were able to place the misaligned screw into its hole at an angle. The handle doesn't seem that robust for the heavy machine. The basket is pretty small and the prongs to wrap the cord around are worthless for that purpose.I have used the extractor with the upgraded upholstery tool on 3 cars and it performed very well. I used the carpet wand on 2 area rugs in the house and it worked well. The big problem is draining the dirty tank when your in the house. The outlet is at the bottom if the machine and the attached hose pretty short. Liquid does not drain uphill. You can't use the toilet or sink to drain the tank. You have to take it to a door or outside or to a shower stall to drain it. It is too heavy to lift up stairs and has no handle to help with lifting either. So even lifting it up 1 step is difficult much less lifting up a staircase.Using it outside is no problem to wheel it to an outside drain or drain it to grass or even over the concrete.We'll see about long term durability.The clean tank is sufficient to do an average size care or a few small area rugs without need to refill.I give it three stars currently until I see how it lasts and this is mainly based on the poorly constructed handle small basket and worthless cord wrap .

Came in a day before expected, as described brand new I’m really happy I did my couches! (Better than Ultraclean guys)
