Q: Hello, what is the best paint (primer) brush to use when applying this AND the best way to clean it afterward? Thank you

I've had success with using a foam brush when priming cellular PVC panels (which are very smooth) with Sitx. Water sufficed for clean-up.

Q: Woud this be the best product to tile over tile on my shower floor? The tile is in good shape, just slippery.

This paint is made when the paint doesn't stick good, there's a special anti slip paint which is called sure step and it ls available in a few colors

Q: Can I use oil based paint over it? Trying to paint bathroom floor tiles.

You can apply just about anything over This product. I've applied it to kitchen cabinets that we're oil base and did no sanding and worked great.

Q: Do you use a brush or roller to apply this?

I used a brush; it's pretty thick.
