As good as we needed
We had a very similar type for a very long time, something like 15 years. So we are very happy with this one too, that performs well and toasts our bread slices quickly and nicely. Very satisfied of our purchase. Easy to use and to clean from the crumbs.

NOT a toasted sandwich maker
The media could not be loaded. This item is inaccurately described as a grill and toasted sandwich maker. Grill it may be, toasted sandwich maker it is most definitely NOT. Just see the pictures and video. Mess everywhere and impossible to clean - so inaccurately described as easy to clean too.Other point to note is the so called ‘green’ button does not light up as green, see photo. But that is minor to the fact that it does not match the description. I went by the written description, I did wonder about it when there are no pictures of it making a sandwich, but I trusted the description, more fool me.I have a request in for a refund, but as I cannot send it back in the condition it was received, I don’t know if that will come to anything. I will update if anything comes from that.
