best buy should go out of business (JUST SAYING)
i’m so happy i purchased from amazon and not best buy! i’m a nursing student & was looking for the perfect laptop that has enough storage. so, i went to best buy and they stated the intel core would be perfect for me. however, it was $900+ at best buy.. i tried to price match with amazon to try and save $200. best buy then stated they only price match if it is directly sold from amazon so they did not price match. the speed of the laptop is fast, keyboard is large enough, screen quality is sharp, finger print access works, webcam/microphone works, & lastly the speakers are so clear! it fits perfectly in my bookbag since i will have many nursing books. in conclusion, save money & shop amazon!!

Very nice laptop
Good layout. Large touch pad. Fingerprint reader works reliably. Good battery life. Fast speed. Only complaint is that when folded in tablet mode and it goes to sleep mode, you can't wake it up by touching screen. I had to unfold to laptop mode, wake up, and then fold back to tablet.

My only con is the battery life... Not that long. Everything else is awesome. Very fast, fingerprint log in is super convenient

Just unpacked and setup was smooth and flawless. Touch is smooth and almost silky.Can't wait to get into it!

Do not buy
I bought 2 of these and both chargers stopped working in less than 6 months. I contacted the seller and they replied "we don't sell accessories ". Now I have to buy 2 extra chargers. I do not recommend this seller or product.

HP Pavilion X360 2-in-1 14"
We ordered this laptop, and it came much earlier than expected. The laptop arrived new without any scratches; the specs are as described in the description. It's not a light laptop, but for a student, it works out perfectly. No complaints so far.
