This works
Works! My cat refuses to take pills and I was able to give his medicine him myself with this. Just make sure you hold their mouth closed right after so they don’t spit it out! Lol

Dangerous for Cats
Beware, the silicone tip will eventually break off and get swallowed by your cat. This will cost you enough to think about a lawsuit.

Should be available in stores! Soft tip holds small pill securely, easy to administer single handed
Exactly as pictured and described. I cannot understand why no stores sell this locally, since it is actually functional for delivering pet medication pills. The widely available products are far too large to hold a small pill, and ridiculously oversized to try to get into a smaller animal's mouth.I will not say that this item will make pilling a cat easy, but at least the pill management itself is not the trial.I've no idea how long each silicone tip will last, still using the first one a month into the medication regimen. Small pill still held firmly. Piller plunger still works smoothly with one hand.

Finally!
My cat and I have been struggling with a crappy piller for a week. I decided to order one that I hoped would have a better design and we aren’t disappointed. This one holds the pill firmly without having to keep it upright while simultaneously sliding it into an angry cat’s mouth, which happens to be horizontal. Very smooth operation.

Won't last!
Update: well the plastic tips didn't last!! We have had them for 3 months and both are broken!!! They should definitely include extras!I don't know how we ever gave pills without this!! Our Bengal still tries to cheek them, and you have to watch him (he pushes the plunger out last minute with his tongue so the pill isn't as deep. And then runs out of sight and spits the pill out.) But our other cat very much loves that this takes the stress out of medication time!
