Miele IntenseClean / Intense Clean - 10716970 - 200g - Machine Cleaner for Hygienic Cleanliness in the Dishwasher and Washing Machine - Removes Grease, Bacteria and Resulting Odours

Very overpriced when purchased at Amazon. Expected usual value, made a mistake!

Arrived quickly and worked well getting rid of smell in washing machine. Instructions didn’t include English so had to watch a YouTube video to find out how to use it!

Instructions in German in very small text partially obscured by a label. I found written instructions online which referred to a special cleaning programme which my Miele washing machine does not have. Google found video instructions which showed how easy to use. Cleaning of seal could have been better. Bought 3 more from Miele.co.uk direct at £6.49 each with free delivery. Still expensive.

This worked well on our Miele washing machine where another cheaper cleaner had seemingly made smells worse.Expensive but very efficient.

I have gone midway as the product only gives instructions for use in German and French. Does anyone have an English version. I assume it works but how much to use and how to use it would be useful. Also the instructions that are provided are microscopic..Days later I’m still waiting for a response from the manufacturer

Very expensive

Yes it’s expensive and I wondered if it was worth the price but it is a very good product. Leagues ahead of any other cleaning product I’ve tried before for our Miele washing machine. We were getting black blobs of grease/dirt on our sheets after a wash and they have gone after one application as instructed. Worth investing in this product to look after one’s machine and hopefully get a longer life as a result.
