Wolf Garten Anvil Secateurs (RS2500)

These are by far and away the best secateurs I have ever used…and I have had many! A friend was so impressed with them that he asked for a pair for Christmas! It makes pruning a real pleasure.

have been using it for some tough jobs in the garden and I'm impressed with how easy it is to use it and how effective it is. It can handle tough branches and cut through with easiness.

Bought for someone else, who lives their gardening and their tried and trusted secateurs had come to the end of life.Pleased with purchase, they are sharp, comfy and easy to use, can't comment on durability as they have hardly been used so far, but seem sturdy.If anything like other Wolf Garden products they will last year's.

Have only used a few times and find button yellow button release sticks a bit.

Wolf garden products have a deservedly good reputation and are value for money although not cheap - these secateurs are no exception and are very sharp and feel solid in use. I can't comment on longevity as that would need a review in a few years time and depend upon how well they were looked after.

Bought these for my daughter as I have had a pair for years.. and they are easy to handle, always a good cut.. and red.. so easily spotted when left on the ground!

As other reviewers have mentioned, these are quite compact for a set of secateurs. Well made and sharp they are comfortable to use and are good value. The locking slide is well placed and has a smooth action. Overall, very pleased with these.

After 3 and half years the handles no longer return to their original position. They were always used carefully. Spring broken ?
