The M4 denotes that the bolt has a 4mm diameter. M stands for metric and the number the diameter in mm.

Q: Would these hold a 32" TV?

I used 6 of them to hang my 65” TV. It still on the wall after 5 years.

Q: Will these anchors be suitable for fixing radiators to 12mm plasterboard walls? If so, what drill size? Thanks.

We used them to put up glass shelves that hold our CDs/DVDs which are quite heavy and they're holding well. 8mm drill bit worked for us.

Q: Would these be ok to fix a bike rack to plasterboard?

No experience of a bike rack. I used two spaced about 18 inches apart to hang a very, very heavy mirror. Must weigh more than I bike. No problems been in place for 12 months. My only advice don’t drill whole too large. Slightly smaller than required a d then Knock the fixing in with a hammer.
