Just finished 2nd playthrough
I just love all the Legend of Heroes games, this one is no exception, whilst I think they could've added in a gew mini games, which they have rectified with 2, it was great, the story was engaging and I loved all the characters and their backstories. There is more to some of Vans employees backstories though and I'm hoping 2 will explain those. So I'm excited to see the next game in the line up.1 thing that IRRITATES me though, is the characters pointing out there's a chest, I'm like yes I can see it !!!!! Also sometimes the dialogue is to long in all LOH games, no need for every single character to say something in a conversation.

Haven't finished yet but I'm loving it so far!For jrpg fans it cannot get better than this! (Perhaps YsX which is out late October)I'm a fan of the Ys series and decided to jump into the legend of heroes series - I can already tell I will play the other 10 games eventually xDGraphics are simple, so don't expect a work of art here. The gameplay, combat mechanics, story and character interaction is what you should be here for.Unfortunately there isn't a lot of voice acting...the game would certainly benefit if there was more - specially since the majority of chars have great voice actors.Great game to start jumping into the series. The more you play, the more you understand the world and some of the history behind it, so you won't feel like you NEED to play the other games.

Stunning JRPG
A phenomenal game with characters you feel invested in and great story telling. Excited for the sequel later this year. If you haven't picked up this long-running series, I’d highly recommend

Fantastic
This game certainly exceeded my expectations and I’m throughly enjoying my play-through it offers a great narrative and a mix between turn based and real time combat which admittedly will takes some time to get used to, this is a new arc in the trails series for veterans and newcomers alike to sink their teeth into. I only dropped a star with this review due to their being no mini games and no fishing also If I’m being picky I’d say the frame rate is okay but not great.
