Bosch 7 kg 5 Star Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine (WAJ24266IN, Silver, AI active water plus, In-Built Heater, BLDC Inverter motor, Steam)

I used another model in similar size earlier from 2018.Still working, but been having small issues because we have low pressure and a little scaling which is causing the water flow slower from what i observed. So just wanted to get it exchanged for a new one instead of depending on the repair guys who only change spares or ask to get a pressure pump without really looking into the issue. They do repair, but don't expect quick turnaround - i only had to change the sensor twice, because my water pressure is not very high and we also leave it on the balcony open to weather.The new one is exactly same size with just a few additions on the features like the steam, and placement of items - the buttons are now on the screen panel instead of real buttons, the door doesn't have a moving handle/lock(a good thing, since my old one didn't lock well during the last year), display of information looks better about the low pressure on water tap etc. Now there's a soak option on the wash cycle panel(nice). Also, this is much quieter than the previous model(which itself was lower in noise than the Korean brands) - i'm walking have to physically check for status(still less than a week so can't comment after longer usage).Changes which i noticed(not bad per se, but just kind of curious) - the top cover is not a fixed panel fit, instead they added a plastic strip to the edges which is visibly light weight compared to the rest of the build. Also they stopped giving the external filter per the guy who delivered, and there's only a small filter to prevent external objects on the connecting hose on the side connecting to tap(i found the water flow better with this setup - but have to check the longer run after a few days).Overall - a very satisfied customer after the second buy, and would recommend - just check the price tag and catch at the low during deals. This is a great buy even at prices it is regularly available, and at a price lower than that - a superbly engineered product at a great value for money.

Worst product and Worst experience buying at Amazon.No proper installation. Very irresponsible personalle attended the installation.Machine Worked to the bare minimum quality till very short warranty period of two years.No follow up from Bosch or the vendor during or post warrantyRight after warranty got expired the machine started having many issues in performance.When raised complaints visiting charge is a huge amotof Rs 800 js to see wt the issue is.Bush got worn out and for replacement around 4k is charged.There is no AMC support provided after warranty period unlike IFB where we have AMC support throughout.Never buy big appliances online.Lesson learnt at a huge cost.

Nice product

The washing machine is excellent. However, no user manual is provided with the machine. On the machine, there are QR codes for scanning. There is no single downloadable user manual online. So, it is difficult to learn to use.Installation is free. Within two hours of delivery, I got a call asking me if I will be availale at 10 am on the next day for installation. I entered 1 to say YES. There was another call in 30 min with the same question and time. Again I said YES. Immediatley there was a call from the installation team. They were only interested in selling their stand for the washing machine. I called them several times but they always talked about the stand and never came for installation. After several days, I made a service request online. I also called Bosch. They sent a person for installation on the same day. It was unofficial! The PIN I had received by email for installation was not needed. Today, I got an email stating that I had cancelled the request for installation. Amazon/Bosch have to ensure that installation is done properly and in time.

The Bosch washing machine product is awesome..But would like share the Pathetic experience with Amazon team. They have hired the technical person from Hyderabad and the machine was delivered in Himachal Pradesh. This was the pathetic experience with Amazon team where they have not found the exact location to install the product and sent the technician after 30 days of machine delivery. I raised the ticket with Amazon and they rescheduled the installation with another person who was not aware how to install the Bosch washing machine , as he was the local plumber who was not enough trained to install the product and left the machine after unpacking. We repeated called him to complete the installation but he was not picking up the call. Then I again raise the ticket with Amazon team and their refused to provide the installation engineer even they have not refund the installation fees. At the end I have raised the installation request at Bosch website and connected with their customer support team to provide the engineer to install the machine. Here I request all people who are purchasing electronics item , please ask the concern brand engineer to install the device because Amazon is tieing up with the third parties to provide the installation who are not trained enough.
