Used this to make chicken tempura which was just as good as you get in restaurants.

Better than flour. Nice delicate crisp batter. Easy to use , always comes out well. Lovely texture when deep fried properly. Box is pretty small to not the best value for money, but it is nice

This was literally delivered in the actual box as you see on the picture with s delivery sticker on it. The packet inside was still sealed, but not a great way to send a good item. Makes a great batter but really needs to packaged for sending in a box

I really love this batter it is perfect for what I want and I can break it down into smaller portions - I don't use much really. I wouldn't buy anything else.

This is great mixed with sparkling water and cayenne pepper then put king prawns in to batter and fry in wok for 3 minutes. Fantastic serve with sweet chillie sauce as a dip. Or make a sweet and sour sauce add battered prawns serve on bed of rice I ordered two more to make nibbles over Xmas like veg, prawns, mushrooms what ever you fancy.

Seems good - haven’t used yet, but the amount is not a lot - hoping it will coat a few vegetables and prawns
