it does. a thin black zipper case.

Q: how do i switch it from Celsius to Fahrenheit?

With the POWER turned off, press the HOLD button, and continue to hold it. Then press the POWER button. The screen will light up and now show the Celsius sign. Repeat the same steps again, and the Fahrenheit sign will appear.
