Ive found these help a quite bit when i dont get enough grocery shopping done so go without the regular food intake i should, definitely a boost in overall mood/bodily feeling and its sourced directly from food which is important to me/ in general

We needed a well balanced multivitamin with minerals and with calcium etc that did not include any dairy products this ticked all the boxes. My wife has been using it for three months and found it easy to take and highly beneficial.

Clearly low bioavailability
Clearly low bioavailability, as pee virtually green after taking. Hence the price I guess. Have now started purchasing liposomal vitamins instead.
