We bought this for our kids for Christmas, who are learning piano. And, let's be honest, buying something with a headphone port was a gift for us as well.Unfortunately, the piano was delivered by UPS to the wrong address and was never recovered. Amazon refunded us. We tried to buy a replacement, but the sellers here never shipped it (I'm guessing they had to eat the cost of the one that didn't arrive and maybe they thought we were running a con on them), so we canceled and had a family member buy the unit instead so it would arrive by Christmas.While no one will mistake it live for an acoustic piano, it has a full, quality, polyphonic sound. The weights and sound dynamics are very good.There are *two* headphone ports (underneath, on the left), which is great for sharing! We bought headphones and a stick-on headphone holder (pictured in photo) so the kids can play anytime, even when the other one is on our real piano in another room.There is a large power brick, but I used adhesive-backed velcro and some bread ties to hide the brick underneath and make the cables a bit neater. If I were to suggest improvements, they would be an internal power supply and either switching to a standard cord type for the pedals (so it can be replaced) or shipping it with a white cable so it blends in better.The device has **hundreds** of voices (instruments), including full drum kits, plenty of piano and keyboard and organ and bell sounds, and lots of miscellaneous instruments. With that many instruments, there are many that sound very similar.It also has a ton of built-in "demo" songs, the ability to split the keyboard so two people can play in the same registers, record/playback, and other features.On the back side, there's a MIDI port (USB B-type, not the old-school DIN plug), and line-level 1/4" in and out. Not sure what the line in is for.The stool is smaller than a piano stool, but sturdy. I do worry about the pleather fabric falling apart, most furniture we've bought has done so, but it looks like we could recover it fairly easily. As expected, there's storage inside the seat for your sheet music, etc.Overall, we're very happy with this purchase. It fits right in with our decor, sounds good, plays well, and has more features than promised.

My parents have a gorgeous upright piano, which I enjoyed all throughout my childhood. Now that I’m married and getting ready to start a family of my own, I really wanted a piano that I could really play on- and that my future kids can learn on if they’re interested. I have a Yamaha keyboard, but it’s just not the same. Real pianos are expensive and super difficult to move- my husband and I are renting and could have several more moves in our future. All that to say, this is EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! The price is almost too good to be true. I was a little worried to open the box as this one seemed much cheaper than similar products, but I am SO pleasantly surprised! It’s much more sophisticated than a keyboard, and sounds absolutely beautiful. I’m obsessed with the design and sound. It was super easy to assemble and I just can’t say how pleased I am. If you’re looking for a step up from a keyboard or cheap electric piano but aren’t ready for a full-sized, real piano LOOK NO FURTHER!

Pretty easy to set up sound is great just sounds a bit echoey but other then that it’s great I would buy again

Received the product and though it looked great once assembled and has weighted keys - it did not work. There was no sound when plugged in and connected correctly. Emailed the seller and got no response for any kind of assistance. Amazon requested a video to send the seller to prove item was defective, after that there was no communication from the seller to Amazon to try and help. Very very disappointing, and poor customer service!

I've had this keyboard for about five months now in my top floor apartment. It is solid wood, which is nice. I wasn't expecteing that. Had a problem with the speaker connection but got it worked out on my own. I'm an intermediate player who has an old baby grand at another residence. I find this little keyboard to have a very sweet sound and key-touch. I keep it on "piano" all the time--don't need all the other buzzers and bells. Easy to put together. I got the white one to go with my decor. So--for the price, I am really pleased.

I'm very pleased with my digital keyboard. I spent the better part of the year watching the prices from several different places. In the end, Amazon had the best prices and the delivery was fast.The keys are well weighted, the sound is crisp and clear.What really pleased me was the piano part was made of actual wood. Not pressboard. This means that cabinet will last.I'm beyond happy.

After much research about small pianos and keyboards, this was the one I felt not only I could learn to play on but also my young grandchild would love.It is a perfect size and the finish is right for my home. The bench seat is sturdy.Shipped quite fast and packaging was impressive to the point that it gave me a workout to get it all out of the wraps & boxes.I would recommend this seller based on my experience.
