Stay cold or hot whichever you prefer!! Size is great for me and my 13 year old. It’s comfortable to wear and actually does a very good job at giving relief.

Cool
It gets cool when not in a heat source. It gets cold when in contact with a cold source. It gets warm when in contact with a warm source. I have not tried heating it yet. It has some heft to it. It is soft and pliable.*Some may find it helpful with migraines. Speaking only from my own experience using this, it blocked the light and muffled the noises around which I found helpful for the light and sound sensitivity that I get with migraines.*It does not cure or prevent any ailments or illnesses.*It is a possibility some may find the compression unpleasant at first. It may take time to get used to.

Good product with a couple minor issues.
This product is definitely helpful for more than migraines. It has some definite weight to it and fits snuggly. Being able to pull it down over my eyes to block any light but not interfere with a CPAP mask is definitely great. A couple downsides is it warms up pretty quickly, if you keep it in the refrigerator, it doesn’t seem to be cool enough and if you keep it in the freezer, it’s almost too cold at first . Also, it does tend to get moist on your pillow and it also picks up refrigerator/freezer odors even in a Ziploc bag. Glad I have it.

Is comfortable
I love this relief cap. It feels really good when hot or cold. I use it more cold and it reliefs my eyes and forehead. It keeps the right amount of pressure to feel good. Definitely a good buy.
