Its leaking sink not usable

Bad product
The media could not be loaded. There is no connector pipe to join under sink water filter to supply point. Flow of water in main tap is very slow...

The product I received is not the brand offered..
However, the product I received is made by "GALLEY", reportedly an US manufacturer. Most probably, producing the item in an outsourced Vietnamese company, under GALLEY'S brand name. As a result, within one month of its installation, the flexible shower spout toggle switch gave away. See picture. No replacement is available in the market.
