Most comprehensive nutrition book on earth
The Ultimate Nutrition Bible is not just any nutrition book that goes through just theories and stories, but rather they cover factors that help you decide on the best diet based on lifestyle factors, preferences/ancestry, genetics, spirituality, and more, along with the best tips to ensure your success. The gist of the book is all diets work in the short term and all diets fail in the long term because the diet industry is created to market to people who want quick results at the expense of their health. The authors want to empower readers to have the knowledge to succeed long-term, like to diet successfully and keep their results for lives instead of struggling with a lifetime of yoyo dieting. This means the book isn't made to be read cover to cover, either, but rather to read the first few chapters to learn what's most applicable to you and take action. There is no shortcut to having to eat the right foods, maybe changing over your habits, and following the right exercise programs. There is also no shortcut to a caloric deficit if you want to lose weight and look good. So, it ends up being a fat and heavy book because it tries to cover everything with the latest evidence (with 800+ citations) and make sure that an average reader can understand the complex concepts that nobody has tried to cover in such detail. I'm amazed people complain about the price, like $40, because many textbooks of the same size are hundreds of dollars with far less value. This kind of cutting-edge information is currently only available to top integrative doctors and nutritionists who invest six figures into their training. The book does recommend practitioners and supplements a lot because the authors think these will help... but you can also just take away the nutrition part and do it low-budget and still get great results. Last i checked, the app from the book is still available respective app stores.

..More like The DIY Diet Bible
Extremely underwhelmed by this book. I purchased it with the hopes of gaining a deeper insight into nutrition, through a scientific lens, instead, the book bombards you with diet goals, tips and information on how to DIY.Besides that, it feels like the book is also a marketing tool for BIOptimizers.. I wouldn’t be surprised if they sold something on their website other than this book. This was ultimately a waste of money, shelf space, and also a waste of the precious time spent reading it (always hoping for it to get better, spoiler alert, it doesn’t). There are small sections that feel helpful, but overall, not what the title misleads one to believe.Furthermore the books is new, yet already coming apart from the hardcover (I’ve never even had this happen to a well used textbook). Disappointed to say the least. I wish I was still within the return period, as I would have rather saved myself the money spent on this book and purchased something that offered a deeper insight into nutrition as a form of wellness, and not simply another diet book.Additionally, paying the amount this book is listed for, to then read a style of writing that boasts unprofessionalism, with terms like “F-its” and “F-this”, is another disappointment. If you’d like to avoid all these disappointments, do yourself a favour and do not purchase this book, save your money- unless your intent is trying a DIY diet, then maybe this book is for you. Otherwise, skip it.

Comprehensive!
I've got to give a shout-out to this book for being the nutrition buddy I never knew I needed! It goes above and beyond the usual diet chatter, dishing out a balanced scoop of wisdom that's like a breath of fresh air. Thumbs up for making the nutrition journey feel like a walk in the park!

Another marketing ploy
I've already initiated the return process for this tome. While some of the information might be useful, it is buried in over 500 pages. Most important, however, is that constant references are made to the supplements marketed and sold by the authors' company. You're buying a hefty amount of advertising here. Lastly, if you look at Wade Lightheart's Facebook page, you'll find that he praises RFK Jr. as a beacon of hope for the health of America. This is the same RFK Jr. who does not want you to get your kids vaccinated against diseases. I bring this up only because it casts into doubt what the authors of the book present as science. Better off to buy the DK book "The Science of Nutrition." It has excellent content.

Don't waste your money
I got the Kindle version. None of the links worked, even their own pages said they do not exist. The apps they suggest do not exist. I looked up some of the brands for supplements and they do not even have the specific ones they mention. They basically say everything works and nothing works and none of their stuff seems to follow through with simple things like supplements, so I do not trust the rest of the info
