Received 9/15. One of the bands was loose in the Amazon package, which kinda spoiled the surprise of opening it. The manufacturing package is held together by a cardboard lid and magnets which must have creased open and fell out in transit.I was surprised by the color at first, the blue is much more vibrant in pictures. It may do better in direct lighting though. It’s hard to see the color gradient in low light, it’s very subtle. The white band definitely stands out.There were no directions on how to adjust the length. Almost lost a couple links when it springs open. I think this is a common problem for this style watch band. Annoying, but you only have to do it once.It looks nice and wears nice. The magnet clasp has a lock on it and snaps around the wrist nicely. Very light but looks and feels incredibly durable. It beats many Apple Watch bands for looks and style at the same price point. The darker colors better match the black Ultra 2.The price is my only concern. It doesn’t quite look like a $100 band. $70 would be better, 50 if other companies were making similar products. This is the only company making this style and material that I could find.Will I get complements on it? It doesn’t stand out as much as I hoped. But as an everyday wear that is classy, a bit design forward without over doing it, it’s perfect.

Every time pitaka comes out with another watch band, my opinion of their products continues to increase every time. This watch band is the single best watch band I have ever purchased. The build quality is something you would expect from Apple themselves, or even a renowned luxury car brand. The band is very comfortable, it never pinches your hair even if you try, it’s eye catching and elegant looking, especially in natural sunlight. Don’t get turned away because of the price, it’s worth every penny since there is nothing that can even compare to Pitaka’s bands.Some have said that the linking between the parts is difficult to adjust; this statement is completely untrue. I have never had an issue with taking it apart and changing the length, I never have to force it, and once it’s done, the links fit together seamlessly.Another great aspect about the band is the strong magnetic clasp. In the mornings when I’m half awake and I put my watch on I don’t even have to think about it or even watch what I’m doing for that matter, it just snaps in place when you wrap it around your wrist. No fiddling and tucking and messing with a belt hole type mechanism that is found on other Apple Watch bands.I would highly recommend this band to anyone looking for a high quality carbon fiber watch band that will last a decade or longer.

I got the stairs design. Nice watch band.Excellent quality in line with the Pitaka brand. If you like the carbon fiber/aramid look, this band is for you. They make several designs to choose from.The adjustment system isn’t great, make sure you watch for the spring because it may pop out and go flying across the room. I had to remove 5 links, and it’s still a bit loose. Unfortunately they don’t make a half size link, which would make the fit perfect for me.This variant came with a matching Rubix cube, which is a nice touch.

Looks better in person!I saw a few of the reviews and hesitated as it sounded like sizing the band would be a very time intensive task.But I was able to fit watch, test taking two links off and assembling to try on and decided needed to take one more off; the whole “procedure” took 15 minutes tops. I’m 6’2” and have larger hands/ fingers so I’m not a special case of having little nimble fingers that are built for tiny pin activities…Band fits and feels great, but yes if you’re a Sasquatch you’ll get a few hairs pulled.I’ve tried bending my wrist at different angle to see if I can get the clasp to open without using other hand and so far that has proven to be an impossible task. Not saying it can’t happen, as it is an easy on/ off design. So if you hit it on something just right it’s possible. But this isn’t exactly a sports band so I’m thinking the target audience shouldn’t be too concerned unless you generally flail about.Don’t hesitate- the Moon is gravitating your way.

I've been thoroughly impressed with my Pitaka watch band. Not only does it offer a modern and elegant appearance, but its lightweight design makes it exceptionally comfortable for all-day wear. This WILL be my primary, go to everyday band.... The durability is exceptional, and the magnetic closure adds a nice touch to the overall user experience. Highly recommend it for those seeking a blend of style and functionality in a watch band.... Must buy...
