Sriracha Chili Sauce with Lemongrass

I have used the original Sriracha chilli sauce for some time for its pungent tang and powerful kick. I add it to tomato ketchup and mayonnaise on burgers to put spice into what can be otherwise bland fodder. It certainly makes a big difference and if you enjoy a bit of additional flavour in your food, then this will do the trick. Be careful,though, this stuff is hot. Fortunately, the clever screw cap design makes it easy to squeeze out just the right amount exactly where you want it. It then reseals securely to minimise wastage. Good design! If you are a chilli lover, you must try this, it will not disappoint!

Good hot sauce, but lemongrass isn’t too strong.
