Stanley 484489 FatMax VDE Plier Set (4 Pieces)

Really good product from Stanley. I was somewhat concerned about the price, but you really are paying for quality here.All of the pliers feel like precision engineering and have performed very well.The snips would be with me nearly all the time, and it is still as sharp as when I bought it several months ago.I've had problems in the past with the insulation coming away from the pliers handle over time, but there is no sign of that happening here.I am happy that they will last very well, up until the unfortunate day I loose them!

Seem week built and edge on cutters seem strong. Quite expensive but worth the cost

I returned them as they did not look that well made especially metal parts.

I purchased these for my son who tells me that they are of very decent quality and will serve him well during is apprenticeship.

Initial impressions: well made excellent value set. Sharp cuttters and comfortable grip. Will update after more rigorous use and testing.
