Badly packed, broken item, inflexible system, non-standard piping, bad instructions
The cistern arrived quickly which is the best thing about this transaction. However, one of the parts is broken, the "roughing-in" box which you use to build and tile around. I'm surprised how badly packed the kit was and the fact that this thing broke is stupid as it can cause delays to any installation project.Additionally I have these complaints:1. You can only attach a Geberit non-standard downward flush pipe to the tank.2. The straight pipe at the bottom is also non-standard.3. We have a need for the tank to be offset from the centreline of the toilet by about 10cm. Geberit seems oblivious to the fact that customers often have houses with awkward spaces, immovable ducting etc, and their system offers on easy solutions to this. We have ordered an offset flush pipe from Germany, but the vendors have taken a long time to send it and there is no guarantee this will solve our issue because of #4 below:4. Specifications and information about piping is non-existent.5. If you buy into a Geberit system, and you want the flush-plate to look good, be prepared to spend a lot of money. We spent £140 to have a flush-plate that is not made of cheap plastic.Had I known these things earlier I would have bought another system, which has the flexibility to deal with something like an off-set toiled and uses piping which is relatively standard, and where they actually provide written specifications which include things like words and numbers.I wanted to replace just the broken part, but there is no way to communicate with AMAZON to achieve this outcome. The only solution available from Amazon is the replace the entire kit. However we need to hang the cistern tomorrow in order to move forward with the project, and we can't afford further delays. It is nearly impossible to find the "roughing-in" kit in London so I'm trying to glue it together just enough for it to perform its function. We have spent many hours trying to figure out how to install our toilet, hours which are a direct result of Geberit's inflexibility and lack of provision for what is not really that unusual, a hidden cistern which is a few cm to the left or right of the toilet.

The small flush doesn't work
As soon as it was installed, my plumber noticed that it was faulty. When flushing, the small flush does not pop back out and the water kept running into the toilet continuously.
