Maybe these will take longer to have any effect on my white spots, so far not one iota of change has occurred. And at the price per serving, I'm not likely to reorder. I have a small but noticeable white spot on my scalp. I took this supplement for a month hoping it would go away, or at least improve. Unfortunately, it did neither. In fact, after a month of taking this, I noticed no difference whatsoever. I don't recommend, especially considering the premium price.

Tasteless and easy to swallow. My husband barely started taking it and I’m sure it’s gonna take time to see some results but for now it hasn’t upset his stomach,which is a good thing since he has a sensitive stomach. It says to take five capsule daily. He takes 2 in the morning, one at lunch time and 2 at dinner time.
