High Quality hanging punching bag. The best I've ever owned ... filled with copper-coated BB's. Beware of the fill you use - it can make the triple bag quite heavy. I decided on filling only the center compartment three-quarters full with the BB's because it's quite heavy. However, the construction of the punching bags and their heavy stitching should prove to be very durable. Happy Training!

I've been using this bag for only 3 weeks, and every time you punch it, sand comes out of the zipper, making a huge mess. Also ,the top connectors broke off tonight when I was doing a work out. I use it for 30 minutes a day 5 times a week, so after just 15 uses, it is rendered useless. Since the point of the bag is to get punched, it's basically defective in its sole purpose. Do not buy!

It's good for the price I guess, but I'm currently using the top part filled with fish tank gravel and it's "leaking" dust from underneath. Probably be better with something more solid like bb bearings

The product started out good, but it soon turned into junk. Two of the rings tore free from the bag while striking it. While the product has some merit, sadly it lacks in durability in the one area that is crucial to usage, the hanging rings.

You just add sand and the back is really good at keeping it closeIt’s d rings on the top and bottom so you can hang it up.It’s not really hard that will break your hands.
