Quality replacement swivel
My chromcraft chair began wobbling from side to side and front to back. I noticed that the weld on the mechanism broke. Went to Amazon and found this part. So happy I did. The holes match up exactly and the part was easy to install. Back to rocking and rolling.

Some instructions should be included
The swivel, when installed is stiff and hard to turn. Instructions should have been included regarding maintenance and the use of a lubricant like WD 40 to make the swivel turn smoothly. Also, the price should be a little lower.
