Great value, great product
Third time I've ordered BUT last summer they were delivered into my cluster mail box and I didn't know and ended up prying them apart because they melted together... They wouldn't replace them. This time they were delivered by Prime so I knew when they came.

I bought the MCT oil capsules, hoping it would help me get back into ketosis after 5 doses I am now back in ketosis I do not feel hungry I feel like it definitely curves my appetite.

I noticed a difference but then got busy with life and stopped taking them. I really need to get back on them!! I'm horrible at taking medication and supplements!
