Q: Hi, will this bag also fit in the vario top box on an F750GS please?

Hi, this fitted easily into the metal top-box I used on my R1200GSA Rallye (dimensions 39 x 32 x 32 cm). I hope this helps you. I also purchased the pannier versions too which are great as they expand or contract as needed by using the side zips. I can also say that they haven't allowed in any water or moisture - even when the pannier lid seal failed.

Q: Does this fit the aluminium box?

Yes, the bag has a zip which goes all the way around the bag to extend or reduce the size. Fully opened it fits into the top box and also the left hand side pannier. With the zip opened half way it fits into the right hand side pannier (next to the exhaust). I have found these luggage bags to be prefect for the job in hand.
