Buyer beware!! The charger does not charge at all! I ordered an additional charger to use when I travel. Unfortunately I didnt test it before I left and now I dont have a working charger. I ordered one from Shokz and had to pay overnight shipping charges. Zero stars!

These work perfectly to recharge my Shokz OpenComms and provide an economical replacement for the OEM cable if it gets lost or left behind. I actually like the way they clip to the headset better than the original cable. No difference in the way it charges versus the original.The one thing you have to look out for is that the small connecting magnets may come loose from the cable if you pull it straight out from the port, causing it to become stuck to the headset or stick to the other magnet. Rolling the cable off to the side will fix this issue and the magnet easily re-attaches to the cable, just keep an eye out for it as the cable won't work if you lose the tiny magnet.

The original Shokz cable length was a bit on the stingy side (around 2 feet long), so it's nice to have these Calbin cables that are about a meter long each (3.3 feet).Comparing the original cables to these, they are difficult to distinguish (other than length). The marking on the USB A end has different branding, of course. The magnetic end is as identical as my eye can distinguish. These Calbin cables might be ever so slightly smaller in thickness, not enough that anybody would notice.I've been using one of these cables for more than a week now, and they work perfectly fine. I had originally intended for these to be backup cables, just in case something happened to the original, but I've decided to use these Calbin cables as my primary charging cables, and put the original one away as the backup. Of course these cables are a 2 pack, so I've already got a backup.I was worried that it would be expensive, since it's a unique charging connector, but they aren't any more expensive than regular USB cables.If you own a Shokz headset, you'll want to get this. I have the OpenRun, if it matters, but I suspect it works for all of their headsets.

Could not be happier with these charger cords for my aftershokz headset! I've been a devotee of shokz since I got my first pair, but the only downside is they have their own charger hardware that doesn't match anything else, and I didn't want to spend the money to buy additional cords from the company. Well, these truly work just as well as the ones that came with the headset and they're as affordable as it gets. Love that this comes with two of them so you can have one really everywhere you'd need. Highly recommend!
