Perfect latch
I looked in all the big box stores in my city and none of them had the right replacement, until I checked Amazon. Of course I found the Exact piece! Great quality and exact replacement! It’s a 2 pack so I have another one if the other side of the cabinet needs replacing.

Best when carefully installed
It is a bit tricky to locate the tough latch just right. However, it works great with enough 'holding power' to keep my damaged file door closed and accessable.

Easy install.
It was easy to install and has a decently strong magnet. Used it on a cabinet door in our laundry room so that we wouldn't need hardware on the outside.
