We used these at our wedding and they helped to keep food warm. They worked really well. Easy to install, and good quality for their purposes. Thick enough to support food but not overly thick. They worked really well.

Worked like a charm
Recently used for Thanksgiving Day brunch, these worked very well and kept the food warm for over two hours. As a first time user I wasn’t sure how to open the fuel cans, but realized the tops just needed to be pryed open with a flat knife. All of the accessories were included and received within two days. Very pleased with this purchase.

Nice Buy
The pans help up and were easy to use and clean. The only downside was the tongs. They broke at the first use (with picking up lettuce) so I had to go purchase more. All in all the pans were great and the value was worth the cost.

Not sturdy and had whole in large pan
I ordered this to use at a reunion for 150 people on March 23, 2024. The box arrived damaged and taped up. I regret not sending it back or take a picture. When we looked at everything and didn’t see any major damage other than the lids bent. We decided to just keep it. Upon using it on The 23rd, we found one of the large pans that holds the water had a whole in it and could not be used so we lost the whole chafing pan to use. This caused a problem for us and we didn’t have time to go buy a replacement. The pans are very flimsy. After much thought I decided to see if I could return or replace the item but discovered it is not a returnable item due to commerce…..so with that being said I will try to salvage the racks for possible future use with better pans and chalk it up as a loss and make due. I would not recommend this product. Disappointed
