Best customer service I've ever received. 5 stars isn't enough!
I couldn't be more pleased. I needed an extension cable for the power cord, the ones I bought online wouldn't work with the tv. So I emailed on the Haocrown website customer service and I got a reply IMMEDIATELY. They not only made me the extension cable, but they sent it to me FOR FREE! I've never had better service from any company ever. To say Haocrown is 5 star doesn't do it justice, they deserve an extra star and then some!

Great idea but...
Loved the idea of a mirror when it is not on... but after setting it up, the sound is not great, and if your bathroom is light colored, it is terrible to watch. You can't see any picture! And lastly, we have directv and downloaded the app on the TV, and in using it, the TV keeps kicking us out. Again.. great idea, bad operating.

This is such an original idea!! My husband wanted an extra mirror in our master bathroom, but I wanted a TV...so now we have BOTH! 😍 I do plan to put it inside the wall, but since we’re not sure how long we’re gonna live here (we’re planning to buy another house), I don’t want to cut a hole for no reason.The mirror is super clear, and I look amazing when the TV is off! ✨ The picture quality is just as good as any other TV we have, so no difference there. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now, and everything is still working perfectly...no issues at all! 💕I’m still very happy with it, so I’m giving 5 stars! This small waterproof smart mirror TV is SO cool, and I love it!! 😆💖

Incompatible with Netflix
As my review title states, Netflix won’t work on this device, which REALLY sucks. And there was nothing to warn me about that before purchasing.
