terrible design failure
Terrible design failure. the lid that supposed to clean the containers has a big gap, and all the cockroaches and flies are easily going inside. its a terrible flaw. got a warning from health department inspector just yesterday. it needs a silicone or rubber seal to prevent that!!!

It does the job but the switch is on the front therefore sometimes we hit by accident and we find it off ...other than that it's good

Good product - poorly packaged
The product in itself is good, however it’s was shipped 3 times and each time is was badly damaged -4th time was a charm

No feet for the unit and no ops manual!!!
I did not receive the feet for the product… also no operational manual!!!
