Disappointed
The reason I bought Poly 3310 headset because the client lent me one I use, but the 2018 model (no C-usb) and I have been very happy with it. I thought of buying one for personal use. The package arrived quickly (1 star), but looked like it was under a heavy duty boxes for some time! In the box there is the headset with usb c and usb-A adapter, but NO carrying case as it has been advertised on Amazon.I tested the headset using both USB connections, people can hear me clearly with isolation to the surroundings very satisfactory, in fact very sharp ( hence two stars). On the other hand, the sound coming from callers is muffled, even when trying to put volume up.Compare it to the headset from work where the sound is crystal clear and balanced, this one if far from good.
