Leroux Chicory from France 520 grams

I was really surprised how much I like this. It's not coffee but It's a wonderful alternative. I wasn't even allowed to have decaf so I was desperate for something to take it's place. This has a rich flavor with no bitterness like coffee can sometimes have. And, I can have a nice hot cup before bed. I'm very pleased with this product.

It is perfect! Real chicory from France. I have tried many different brands, some were ok, some were not and i had to add more milk or creamer to hide some strange taste. But this one is really the best! It does not have any additional smell or taste. Buying more before its gone

It added a nice flavor to my morning coffee!

Just be thankful that our old friends, the French, taught the Acadians down Louisana way that adding chicory to coffee made for a smoother taste and pads it out, especially if it's rather expensive or in limited supply.And be thankful for where the French produce the best chicory as coffee additive.Thankfully, I do make it a point to add some chicory when I grind my own coffee at the recommended ratio of one scoop of chicory for every three of ground coffee ... and what could make for a better taste? (As a matter of fact, such among you as are fond of gourmet-type coffees and want to stretch it out for value's sake might do well to consider adding chicory. Likewise for such who still prefer store brands whose quality can get to be unpredictable from batch to batch.)

I ordered this online and it is in bean form. I used my NutriBullet to make it into a powder. I filter it (add it to) with my normal coffee and it adds the perfect Chicory flavor!

I had ordered this in the jar previously & it was great. I just thought this would be a little cheaper because it came in a bag instead of glass jar. This is very disappointing because it does not dissolve instantly like the one in the jar. It is very dark and very coars. I would not buy again.
