Q: I have a large breed dog (Catahoula-mastiff mix) and I wanted to know if those would work for her?

I bought the 36 inch for my 3 mo old Great Pyrenees and he bent the top rung at the door entrance the first night. Needless to say, when I needed to order a 42 in I did not order this brand. I would probably go a different route for your sized dog.
