I bought this because by Tundra’s Entune 2 system was randomly resetting several times each day. It was frustrating. After trying all the reload procedures, I was about to replace it when I read that that behavior could be caused by the map card. I bought this, installed it and it hasn’t reset once in 2 months.This card was easy to install. It works great. I did have to recalibrate the Nav system to properly show my position. But that was easy and it’s worked perfectly since.

It worked like a champ, took about 7minutes to complete. I have a 2018 Highlander that had April 2017 maps, now it has May 2022 maps.Yes, I know it says 2023 Maps but it takes some lead time to gather all the map corrections/additions then verify the data then create a loadable product. I did GIS work for a living and the data is always a little behind the real world, even the Big Guys have these same issues with data updates.I did NOT lose my saved places or favorites they were all there after the install.I did verify areas where I knew new roads had been installed and they were all there..I would buy again, I would recommend.

This was suppose to update the nav system in my hylander 2018, but was 2021 info and it screwed up my system so I have to go back to the toyota dealer to reset the nav system

Quick and easy update for my 2015 Highlander. Removed the existing micro-SD card, slipped in the new one and the maps were updated.

Easy to install but the vehicle said it did not recognize the chip. After reading other reviews where others had the same results, it was just necessary to wait for the vehicle to do an upgrade and all is well!

Bought 3 for our 3 Toyota vehicles. Loaded 2 so far and updates loaded routinely. Before I started the car, I removed the old map card and inserted the new one. I then started the car and the navigation screen immediately showed that the update was processing. The systems on each vehicle must be slightly different - one showed the number of updates (13 of 13) installing but the other vehicle only showed an update message. The update took about 5(?) minutes each then the instructions were to park safely, turn off the vehicle and turn it back on - a standard update restart procedure. We'll have to travel to a part of town where the roads have changed since the old maps (2014 and 2016) compared to this May 2022 version but I expect to have much better road info for our next trips out of town! We use our phone for many travel directions but sometimes having car navigation on a bigger screen can make it easier to manage around the changes over the last 5-10 years.

It is easy to install. My problem is it says latest 2023 updates. On the chip itself (I would take a picture, but is already installed) it says 2022. It might still be the latest update, but isn't 2023. My 2018 Tundra chip had 2016 on it, so maybe there is a year or 2 delay?

It took a while to update and I thought it didn't work. The difference with the update is now the "update icon" appears for about 20 seconds at start up before the navigation screen appears.Update: a week later my head unit stop working so be careful before you try it out!
