Neon Colors, Glows in black light
These quiet on really well, and are very pigmented. They are neon in color and under a black light they glow. They twist them for you like a color pencil would twist up when you need more. This wash off very easily, and did not irritate my skin.Another person had commented that it didn’t glow in natural light, that’s because it only glows in black light.

Works with a black light
The media could not be loaded. As you can see from the video these sticks really glow! I applied it to my leg turned on my black light and wow.Almost neon like.The stick draws smoothly and does not rub off easily. There is no harsh smell either Can't wait to try the other colors.
