The shampoo is very gentle and being tearless I am able to scrub my white West Highland Terrier's head without concern I might harm him when soap touches his eyes.

I have yet to use but my pup seems very excited about it! The bottle did spill and came about in a slight mess but nothing a wash can’t do (that explains my wet palms)

Overall great . I would prefer a pump design for dog washing. You need to be able to dispense soap with one hand. The other hand is either keeping dog in place or holding water source or shower head . Dog is very soft after this .
