Q: What thickness are these bags?

I don't know the exact thickness. I can tell you that it is a little thicker than the average ziplock freezer bag. One side is textured and the other side is smooth. I have used them with no issues.

Yes as long as you use the manufacturer recommended use of hand held sealer then there should be no problem. 🙂
